8TA Vouchers (part of telkom deal)

About 3 months ago, I signed telkom deal (R399 a month for 5gig). This deal included a free modem and a free 8ta dongle along with a 500mb free once off voucher. When I did go to the telkom direct store to fetch the modem and dongle, the employees at the store mentioned that they do not have any 8ta vouchers for the 500mb and that they would contact me when they do have.

About 1.5 months ago I approached the Newcastle telkom direct store to enquire about the voucher, I was told that there was a shortage of vouchers country wide and that they would get back to me when they recieve the vouchers. Now 3 months have past, and I havent heard anything.

There is no number for the store that I can call and enquire about the voucher, is there really no vouchers or did this store rob me and others of the vouchers as part of this deal. I did contact the telkom 10219 to enquire about this issure and they told me that this is an issue between me and the store.

There is no number for the store (NEWCASTLE TELKOM DIRECT) - whom do I complain to as a consumer (I FEELED LIKE I HAVE BEEN ROBBED)
