My experience with this company has been horrific, from the day I visited their branch and got insulted by one of their consulted telling me they "don't take rubbish from customers like me" to buying data worth R1300 and not having access to Internet due to their poor network. I have since bought additional airtime worth R400 and I have multiple daily deductions debited from my airtime balance daily ranging from R7 to R20.
I have called their call centre and they claim deductions are for a company called "opera mini" for services requested by myself. I have pleaded with them not to allow these 3rd parties not to access my account, however I have been told they can't do anything about it, I should take it with these 3rd parties. I called this "opera mini" and was advised by one of their consultants that they won't be deducting anymore and when I ask what kind of services they offer, she mentioned some videos.
I then received an sms from "Kulaville" informing me they have terminated their services. To date deductions are going off my account and I have never prescribed to any 3rd parties linked to cell C or logged into their site. Cell C cheapest network is a biggest!!!
