Unauthorised usage of airtime from my prepaid line

I am very disappointed by the following companies Mira Network & Opera Interactive. They are deducting R14 from my prepaid number without permission and when I called they told me that there is a software called Morvec which I subscribed to without my knowledge. The Morvec number that I was given by them is 0800992230 which is not answered but goes to voice mail. I don't know how that happens, but my understanding is that, if I want to subscribe for any services, I should sign a contract form without which I have no agreement with anyone. Just getting the bank pass a debit order on my account, they require that I sign forms. Where then did this subscription come from? I think you need to put a stop to such unscrupulous behavior or possibly ban companies who do such type of deductions from clients. When I called Opera, the guy who answered the phone called Themba Kirandi was very unhelpful and rude. He even said that I was crying for "just R14". Does that have to be his concern how much is involved? How many people are going through the same situation, some of whom do not even know where o start from? If there are 1m people involved, it means they have R14m just like that.
