Money deducted, but did not subscribe

Opera interactive, billed me on my cell c account. How did they get my details and why does Cell C allow this to happen to there customers. When i asked Cell C, they told me i clicked on something on the internet, but i was not on the internet for past three days of that sim card, but my subscription time starts in that period???

Cell C does not protect is customers!!!
They told me to phone numbers that you wait an no one helps you...
Some where someone is profiting from this, and every time i must airtime from cell c to get help...

Where is the trust in Cell C Network???
