False advertising and bad service

Received abhorrent service at Vodacom Bayside from a woman, Ramelia Solomon, whom is supposed to be the manager. We went to enquire as to why I did not receive the S-pen as advertised with the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (P1500). We were informed that the inclusion of the S-pen was a misprint and meant to be for the Galaxy Note 10.1. However the reason we took the deal at Vodacom and not at Cell C was because of the "included" S-pen. When another customer told Ms. Solomon that she was obligated to supply the product she became rude toward us and the other customer, effectively alienating him and as a result he went to get a contract at Cell C. Afterwards he informed us he was going to log a complaint against Ms. Solomon as that is not how a manager or leader of a franchise should behave. Now I'm still wihout the product advertised and left with a bad impression of Vodacom. Please contact me asap to inform me where i can pick up the s-pen, since you are by law obligated to give me the complete package as advertised.
Ps. Please do not reply with a template, rather tell me what you will do to rectify this situation.
