I never subscribed to Opera Telecoms but Cell C told me they are the ones who take my airtime whenever I recharge. Cell C told me they can't help me and gave me a number (0841945555) to call Opera. I called the number but I was told that the number does not exist. Cell C is unwilling to help and/or passing the buck whereas they are my provider. What this Opera doing is unlawful and would join them with Cell C in application for a court order declaring that the deductions were made unlawfully and should be reversed. Opera and Cell C will have to produce a valid subscription agreement. I never subscribe to this nonsense. If there is anyone else out there with the same problem, they can join me to take Cell C and Opera to task. Surely Cell C have means to delist Opera, especially when many of their customers are complaining. But since they are unwilling, one is left with no choice but to compel them.
