OPERA014 deductions from my account

Opera is continuously deducting R6.15 from my Cell C account. Some times 3x a day. No permission was grated to do this. Cell C is not responding to my complaint.

I would like to stop the debit order because I was scammed regarding to proff do I qualify for a smart shopper card not knowing that it actually is NPL3 trapping me in paying 260 each month
