Vodacom = DO NOT USE!!!

This company is such a joke and do not provide the services they contractually say they will. I signed into a 2gb data bundle (MyGig2) which come to find out does not work in the area where I live even though they NEVER communicated that their services was not in the area. I have now...

1) gone into the store once to discuss the issue and try to cancel
2) requested the necessary technicians 3 times (no one comes)
3) left my number for a manager 4 times (no one calls)
4) talk to the data department as they are claiming I used more data than is technically even possible. I ask how to read the spreadsheet they sent me and they didn't know.
5) Try to cancel the contract but they will only do so if they charge me the penalty fee even though they are not providing the service they contractually committed to providing.

I have emailed and/or spoken to 2 people in Claremont, Moddy Motebejane, Ishereen Jacobs, Sarah, Ttstaoloselo, one technician, and am waiting for Olga to call me. I have talked to more people but unfortunately did not write down their names.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT, NOT, NOT go with this company!!! They are just taking my money and not providing a service.
