I'm staying in Secunda and Vodacom's signal problems went from bad to worse. At the moment we cant make phone calls. The other day I had to phone my wife more than 10 times and eventually when she answered she couldn't even hear me. When I make phone calls its as if the person on the other side is stuttering. Even Data services are poor as it connects and disconnects the whole time. I work for an IT company and all the people at work have the same issue.
I have been a valued customer at Vodacom for years now but I'm seriously weighing my options to go to a different service provider.
I really want to cancel my Data contract and cellphone contracts because I cant carry on like this.
Vodacom sort out your network issues or else I will cancel because I can't cary on like this.
