3G contract but only providing EDGE!!!

Hello Vodacom,

Please can you get someone to cancel my 3G contract (0725834002), which I'm paying for but only receiving EDGE at my home in Hout Bay. This has been proved by your technical team who have been to my house and said there is no 3G coverage in my area... great sales team!!

So at present you are in breach of the service contract (providing 3G, not EDGE) and have been since I started the contract about 12 months ago. So if this is not sorted out I will stop my debit order and I spend about 1200 p/m with your horrible company because I have too...

I've spoke to the Hout Bay store (Manager) and he said I need to contact the cancellations call center where I've spoken to a number of agents who NEVER call back!!! They are Sheryl Pandaram, Lynzi, Enzi and another team leader Thabo.
