After calling "Vodacom Customer Care" numerous times to ensure that I not be charged for the R220 out of bundle data rate that was incurred on my account due to Vodacom Data not providing my monthly data bundle. Vodacom went and debited my account anyway. This is related to issues on my Vodacom contract data that I have not managed to completely resolve since 2013-02-01.
