For over 2 months I have been trying to resolve an issue with Vodacom as they sold me a contract even though they could not provide the service in the area where I was living, something that was not communicated to me before purchase. I brought this to their attention and after 20 phone calls a technician called me back and confirmed that the service was unavailable in my area. The cancellation department called and said they would cancel without charge and yet today I have a debit in my account and do not have access to even try to see if the service is working. Honestly... I find it unbelievable that a company can be such a joke! They know the service is working yet take my money for over a year! How many times do I need to call them before they actually care about their customers and do their job!
My other posts are here. I converted it to a compliment before I realized they hadn't actually done their job. What a joke company! Do not sign a contract with this company.
