After a month of my Voda contract sim being off I got a sim swap yesterday and to my surprise I had R270 worth of airtime and BIS which was not bad.

This morning I try and send data bundles to my voda galaxy I get an error message saying I have insufficient funds to perform the action, so there I go calling my network provider and held the line for 15 minutes listening to music and voice prompts but I finally got assistance where I was told that BIS is restricted to only browsing and downloads costs R2 per Mega Bite so now my balance is 0.0 but I still download from the sites that Vodacom claims to charge customers for.

Can I get assistance please
