Smartphone / Data Bundle Issue

Went 2 in to do the following:
1. Contract upgrade on tablet (couldn't do, as my profile was not good). So I wanted 2 cancel, Devan gave me a # 2 call cancel
2. Cancel BIS - of which we did.
3. SIM Swop - of which we did, as you told me that the new smart phones (Samsung S4) take the smaller sim cards. Paperwork signed for.
4. 1 GB for R 149 Data Bundle purchased. Paperwork signed for.
I was the your store for 1.5 hours, due to your systems been extremely slow.
Devan explained to me that Dec Bill would be pro rata as I had cancelled BIS in the middle of the month was adding my Data Bundle. We had discussed number of options for data bundle. So Dec I was expecting an unexpected bill. However when I received an sms last week to say that my "Usage is higher than normal" I called Vodacom immediately having to find out that my DATA BILL was sitting over R1198 & we were half way through the month. The call centre agent informed me that there was no data bundle on the contract. I then immediate came through to the store to try get to the bottom of it.
Angela then activated the data bundle & signed for it. She took my details & said she would get back to me.
