My Blackberry don't last for 4 hrs after it has been fully charged it has been like this from day one. I took it in for repairs to vodacom and with in 3 days the phone was worseoff. I had to personally replace my battery. I then got so fed up and used one of my older phones. I then decided that after a few months that i will take it to a different store which i did and they refused to fix it up and said there was water damage. My phone has never been dropped in any liquid since I had it but who am I to ague as i don't have the tools to check it out. Vodacom wanted to charge me R800.00 to fix the phone which is under warranty. I have had a contract with vodacom for nearly 8 years now and this is the service they give you or assume that you have damaged your phone. Maybe its time for a change. I went onto the Blackberry website and saw thousands of complaints about battery life, which i am quite sure is also water damage as they say. Maybe it time i go to the consumer act to have my problem solve and i have been having quite a few problems with Vodacom lately. I
