About 6 years ago this company proceeded to put me on a contract without my authority and signature. I have phoned and contacted them numerous times over the past 6 years and every time I try to cancel the contract I am refused and instead they upgrade me. I have grown tired of the continuous headache this company has given me. I have wasted enough of my time and money.
