Waiting whole day on the phone but no answe

I have been calling whole day to enquire about a reference i logged on the 15 January early in the morning, she said they wii call me back, i have no internet connection on my s3 which i need for most apps, i have been calling whole day on the 16 Jan on number 082155, on hold whole day listening to shozoloza and some stupid rugby song, no one at the number is answering yet the guy says we wii transfer to the next available consultant, this is the worst call centre experience i have had, i am very disappointed with Vodacom, who i have been paying for service for many years, great payback, pathetic service.
