Data bundle renewal - 3G 10 gig uncapped account

I have a 3G 10 gigabyte uncapped account with MTN. As per my understanding the 10 gig data bundle is renewed on the 13/14th of each month. Last month I reached my 10 gig cap and downloaded an estimated 6 to 8 gigabytes after being throttled. However today, 16th Jan, I am still being throttled. I have been informed by various MTN individuals that: 1) My bundle has been renewed since the 14th. 2) My bundle hasn't been renewed 3) My bundle has been renewed on the 14th but we have downloaded 16 gigabytes since then.

After a total of 124 minutes on the phone with MTN and a visit to the MTN shop I still have no joy. On three occasions I have asked to speak to the supervisor without any success. The last person spoken to was Kagiso Pule and his supervisor, who allegedly refused to speak to me because there was nothing he could do for me, is Bader Mdluli.

I do not accept that I could have downloaded 16 gigs, let alone 10 gigs, since midnight on Monday. The figure of 16 gigs is more likely the total downloaded last month. Additionally, I cannot register on the MTN site to keep track of my usage because my SIM card does not have a valid cell no. What the is going on MTN!!!
