Vodacom -poor service

I logged a complaint with Vodacom on 3.11.2013 stating that I could not send an sms to my daughter in Slovenia her number is 0038631321145.She does not receive my sms-we can receive an sms from her but cant answer..My number is 0825774968.
I received the following reference number from vodacom --S3-T6R7F-F1YJ
On 4.11.2013 I received a call from Vodacom wanting to know my daughters cell no.-which I gave.
on 7.11.2013 I followed up with vodacom as they told me on 3.11.2013 that it would take about 48hrs to resolve the problem.they told me they had not yet resolved but would report back soon.
NO REPORT BACK
On 12.11.2013 I phoned 082155 to find out what has happened. I hung on to my cell phone for 55 minutes without anybody answering. I just get told I will be transferred to the next available consultant.
On 13.11.2013 I again phoned 082155 and held on for 25 minutes -again nobody answered. I the phoned 082111 t
o see if that would help --20Min later same story no answer. Can't they employ more people to answer calls.
I think it is the most pathetic service I have ever experienced.
