Pathetic call centre waiting times and services

I just waited for more than 20 minutes on line to try and get hold of someone to assist me and then finally got hold of an agent. she then took my details.. asked me to hold while she checked my account status and then as she came back the line was cut str8 to the after call survey..so its not a loss of connection on my side, but it must have been that she hung up...

this is pathetic service...
