3 Calls to Vodacom over 3 days, re problem with connecting to internet. New computer with Windows 8. Everyone says something different. Requested twice a problem with registering with Vodacom so we can keep track of data balance. First request, call centre agent said a reference would be sms to me and someone would call in 24 hours, No call. 2 nd request got reference number see above, still no call from Vodacom.
