On the 15 March 2013 I called vodacom customer care call centre since I have a problem with my iphone 5. I dialed 111 to be put through 0821946, And I was told that my problrm had to do with compatability of the iphone 5. - was then transferred to 082155 where I got to hold for assistance for 30 minutes up until I hanged up the line since there was no one answering, I dialled again 082155 and got to hold for more than 5 minutes with no one answering the line then - hanged up. All I want to know is that if vodacom call centre closes at 1hat time beacuase they are only playing music and no one picks the phone as I'm writing this complain I do not have a phone due to the message that the iphone 5 is giving meand I could not get any assistance from vodacom.
