TERRIBLE SERVICE AT VODACOM

I went into the Sandton's VOdacom Customer Service Centre to enquire on my account and billing that has been made. Ialso enquired on a strange Mozambique number that keeps calling me and smsing me and it seems that some how a conversation is taking place between my number and this number. I am concerned about this (as my account has almost doubled) but I was told that there is no need for me to give the number to the customer services as it is impossible for this to be happening. I then decided that I Would like to cancel ALL the packages I have with them at Vodacom. I was told that I should call 0821958 in order to get the premature cancellation quote. While sitting with the consultant I tried calling the number and I waited for 7 minutes so I put down. Upon leaving the customer care centre I must have seen at least 5 of their staff members playing online games on their laptops in clear view of the customers. I got back to the office and I have now been waiting to speak to a consultant 50minutes so far and I doubt anyone will get back to me today. I am furious and would not reccomend anyone use Vodacom as ther Network Provider.
