I applied for a 2meg line uncapped internet with telkom and was told that my full amount per month would be R644.98 and I signed a debit order for this, it was activated on 21st of February, I've payed R3400 to date and my internet is suspended and I owe still R1200 before it is activated again, How can one pay R4500 for 2 months worth of service, according to the advertisements from telkom I should be paying R644.98, the consultant told me now that my monthly payment is over R1200, please someone tell me why I would sign a debit order for R644.98 if my actual amount is R1200. It is unbelievably Pathetic how telkom does business.
