Overcharging Lying to keep me paying

Last week I received my Mweb ADSL bill. I decided 2 months ago to open an ADSL account as a backup just in case Telkom lets me down, but I was not really planning to use it. On the bill I receive there is an out of bundle charge of R503 which I could not figure out. I phone Mweb and they tell me I had 2Gb out of bundle. Now surely when you get ADSL it should lock when you reach your limit or at least go slow as expected by Telkom, no one told me that I will be paying R250/Gb. That is madness!!!
I decide to cancel this deal right away and phone Accounts to cancel my account. The guy put's me through to a lady and she asks me why I want to cancel. After explaining to her that Telkom only charges R38/Gb out of bundle so this deal is ridiculous she says she will cancel the R503 charge and will soft lock me in future so there will be no surprises. I thought thats nice and for some reason actually believed her.
Yesterday the debit order went off and they to me as all the money was debited. That is really pathetic and I will be cancelling right away. Telkom is a much safer bet!
