Fully Paid, No Internet

I have a 2 year contract with 8ta which is due to end soon. Telkom debited R600 rand last month and R600
yesterday from my account. My service has been suspended for over a month. I am paying for a suspended service and I find it unacceptable that Telkom takes my money and I have no Internet. I know I missed a payment or two, But I always assume that Telkom will double debit any outstanding fees which is the case in this instance, But I have no Internet. What the! I am paying for a full two months of Internet that has been suspended. And Telkom expects me to go into one of their stores and prove that they have debited money off my account. That is not fair to me. Either I want a refund or I want Telkom to turn my Internet back and credit me for two months. Telkom, You cant the consumer around like this. I have payed you all outstanding fees and I have no Internet. I refuse to go into a store to show you proof, You have debited directly from my bank account and you do have a record of it.
