VIRGIN UPGRADING AGAIN AND CAUSING CHAOS

VIRGIN UPGRADING AGAIN. THE RESULT THERE IS NO MONEY ON MY ACCOUNT. OPERATOR SAYS I HAVE OVER R300. I CANNOT MAKE CALLS. THIS IS 24 HOURS LATER. NOT EVEN THE DECENCY OF A SMS TO INFORM CUSTOMERS. NEVER MIND, I TOPPED UP ON TUESDAY, VIRGIN HAS "BORROWED" THIS MONEY. SO CALLED "CHAMPS" ARE IN A PANIC STATE. CANNOT SAY WHEN THE MESS UP WILL BE SORTED OUT.. I SEE EVEN THE PERSON WHO ANSWERS THSE COMPLAINTS HAS GONE AWOL. I KNOW THIS COMPLAINT WON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THE CEO. WAS TOLD BY "CHAMP" THAT HE DOESN'T SPEAK TO THE PUBLIC. NO WONDER VIRGIN IS IN SUCH A MISS. THE CUSTOMER MUST JUST PUT UP WITH NONE EXISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM VIRGIN MOBILE
