About a week or two ago i upgraded my telephone line to a uncapped ADSL line with telkom. Its supposed to be a 2 Mbps line. From the day that i have had it i couldnt play games that i used to play with a 1Mbps MWEB line online, due to the fact that i get an average of 600ping! The following day i logged a complaint through the call centre- according to my knowledge this was on the 13th of November. I phoned them today the 26th of November only to be told that the fault has been closed and when i asked the lady what the feedback on it was i found out that the fault was logged for the incorrect reason aswell! Instead of being logged for high ping it has been logged for slow connection! i think this is unacceptable service!! I am paying R644 per month for something that i cant even use for my intended purpose as i explained to the consultant in the tygervalley branch.i want this sorted out NOW! Or i wont be paying and ill just cancel this line! SORT IT OUT!
