Telkom's staff imcompetence is costing me money

This is my first Hello Peter complaint, thanks Telkom. We ordered an adsl line over Internet & payment & installation agreements were settled. We got the line but is was extremely slow in comparison to my 3g line. Anyways we got an sms saying it'll be suspended due to non payment, we called & queried it had never been payed as they did not deduct a debit order. I gave them my details AGAIN & asked them to deduct the outstanding & cancel the line. We got another threatening sms with a higher amount. I went in to a store to sort out but they made me call the centre. Line was now confirmed cancelled. I agreed to pay for the months we used the line & not after we had requested a cancellation, the agent said she'll log a dispute for this & I'll know in 48 hours or so. Still no call up to date. In the meant time Telkom now got the debit order right after it has been cancelled. The consultants don't know the procedures well enough to help customers & refused to transfer me to a supervisor, instead they transfered me to obviously incorrect departments, I spoke to 5 people in 29min. Can somebody please tell me where to from now. I'm paying on calls & bank charges.
