Once the technician activated my telephone line it took 4 days for Telkom to change my original order from order to complete (I am assuming that it is currently complete, they didn't say).
When asking to sign up for a month-to-month Do Uncapped Advanced they indicated it will take 7-21 days for the line to be activated. This supposedly requires a technician to manually activate it at the exchange.
Surely in this day and age exchanges are remotely linked to Telkom and they can merely activate a line by the left click of a mouse? 7-21 days is ridiculous.
I thought that service these days would be brilliant since I am giving Telkom the benefit of the doubt... please prove me wrong Telkom. I need internet for my MBA studies!
