Beware of Telkom Mobile

At the beginning of the month Telkom Mobile neglected to take of a debit order. This is not the first time. Not one other company has this much issues with their billing system. I contacted customer services and was informed that there was a problem with the debit order run and that I would be debited on the 5th of September. On the 5th nothing came off my account so I called Telkom Mobile to find out why? I was told that they are working on the problem. I then received an sms notifying me that the debit order would be drawn on the 16th September, again nothing. I called Telkom Mobile and asked that they explain. It was then explained to me that I should wait for the next debit run and they 2 months amount would be debited together. I agreed. Yesterday, 17/09/2013 I receive an sms saying that my service has been interrupted. I called Telkom and they say they wont connect service until I pay!!! Pathetic service, pathetic billing service, pathetic network. Paying cancellation fee on this contract is a pleasure and worth it. Moving to Afrihost. Beware Telkom mobile! The service cannot be rated even remorely good! Goodbye Telkom Mobile, you will never have my support again!
