I have previously lodged a complaint and I have received no responce from telkom, this is why they are so pathetic, their consultant told me to pay R850 to prevent suspension, its the middle of the month and they suspended me, they are in breach of contract, as I have previously stated that we signed the contract and was told our monthly payment is R650, we have now payed ove R4000 for 3 months of internet, I will be contacting my lawyer and taking ferther steps, seeing that telkom does nothing to my matter, I will not promote this company to anyone, they are by far the worst company I have come across.
