I applied for a second telkom line for closer option 1, which the consultant put me on a telkom unlimited anytime plan. The issue has now been fixed after 2months of fighting. Now the billing needs to be changed, which they demand i need to pay R1200 for a R170 package. I have made a payment to the account of R400, now my line have been suspended and cannot use it at all. I want to cancel the line, but i can't because my line is suspended.
Can you please unsuspend my line so that i can cancel it, i'm moving premises. THIS IS MY 3RD HELLO PETER COMPLAINT, AND YOU NEVER GOTTEN BACK TO ME.
