Its time for me to upgrade in September 2013 (14/18/20/24). A Month ago i checked what is available and i saw that its what i have, One of @lantic personnel told me he will let me know. And still nothing, When I asked again he said that he don't have a answer yet. Today I phoned the sales department and the gentleman said I call you back in 15min. Still didn't called. I phoned again, a lady asked if she can help and I told her the problem, I told her that i phoned Autopage and they said that I can upgrade with them if Atlantic give me a letter to confirm, she said to me: You can wait till your contract expiry date and then you can go to MTN or Vodacom but we cant upgrade you. Every month I pay my 5 accounts with them, and not once they had to call me for the R1500 per month
