I have been holding to speak to someone at the insurance department for an hour with no answer, how are we suppose to get help when no calls are answered?
yet i dnt miss payments, ds is soooo not fair.
I called in to blacklist my lost phone, which was done yet when i asked for the explanation of the process, the lady couldnt help and advised to transfer me to the insurance department which i had to hold for an hour and still no answer.
This shows i will be phoneless for a looooong time.
MTN insurance please give us value for our money...
