First time with CellC & already regretting

I needed to activate call limit on my CellC line and I started with calling 140.
Agents says she will transfer me to correct department and the correct department says this line falls in business to business so she gave me a different number to call.
Once i called the different number (0841944000), I get told to be transferred to contract department and then the agent in contract department says that I need to call to business dept (0841944000).
Upon my answer that I am not going to call the same number again agent says that I will transfer to correct department and she actually transferred me to service evaluation at the end of the call.

I have no option left than keeping quite or write here and see if CellC notices this issue.
