Line not working

My Telkom business land line has not been work for over on a month. I am still waiting for Telkom to repair the
line everyday they say it is going to be fixed on that day but is is still not working.

I am really getting sick of this bad service I am get and on top of that I have to still pay for this ken service.

can you hire more competent workers that know what they are doing.
