I had my phone taking into repairs and receive an sms to call 084140 with regards to the repairs: ref CLC1003469. I called 084140 and they said they cannot assist me as i need to call 084145 as I have a contract. I then call the contract line and they say they cant assist me as I need to contact repairs. I call and asked several times to be transferred through to repairs department and each time there is no answer or I am cut off. I also have a query on the repair as it is almost 80% of the value of the phone. what am i m, eant to do as I am not getting assistance from Cell C. i also have C insurance on the phone and i would have thought that they would handle the it.
