Since last week Monday (4 March 2013) i have been trying to get through to the accounts department of ABSA idirect life insurance. I cant believe that you can keep a customer on hold for 20-30min and then cut them off. Since Monday i have been phoning every day trying to get though to someone to change my banking details with no luck at all. I had to go onto your website and log a quote request just so that SOMEONE from idirect can phone be back, i then get told that they will transfer me to the correct department, i was placed on hold again for 15min WITH NO ANSWER!!!
this is taking up a lot of my time, please can someone form idirect life insurance department call me and assist!
