I ported my number to cellc on the 26th of May and ever since then I have had endless problems with the Blackberry connection.
It comes and goes and as a result I can't send or receive messages when it happens - can't even access the internet - Some time this goes on for a couple of hours.
3G is there and the network bar strength is high - I am just not connected to the black beery network.
This is really an inconvenience because I have paid R59 for BIS and I am not using any of it.
I have called your contact centre yesterday and today and they did trouble shoot, reboot the usual stuff but still the connection goes. I have emailed you - still no response.
Please see if you can fix this - failing which please let me know so that I can just got back to MTN. I suppose its true when they say "better the devil you know"
