Cancellation of contract

From the start I have. Been having issues with 8ta. Every call. Made to the customer support is useless and takes nothing. Less than 30 minutes and they make U wait on hold and come back to U with no help!!! All I wanted to know is how to cancel my contract which is 3 weeks old. I cannot afford the contract as my dad passed away a week after I received the contract. The agent couldn't tell me the amount for cancellation. She said once they log the cancellation then only can they give me an exact figure. My point is what if the final fee is too much and I can't pay the fee can I stop the cancellation? The agent replied and said she cannot tell me an answer to that... The service is absolutely pathethic and they keep you on hold for more than 10 min listening to the music with no update!!! Can someone plz help me?
