Vodacom promised me an extra 100mb of data over and above the allocated 300mb on my new contract. They promised this out of good will (so they said) because of all the trouble I have had with their terrible service. I check my new balance for the month and it reads 300mbs. WHERE IS THE 100MB they promised? Or did they to get me to sign another 2 year contract???
Just to mention this as well, my new iphone was delivered to me and they FORGOT the nano sim card. AFTER EVERYTHING i have been through with Vodacom, they go and do something like that?
They gifted me 500mb in an apology for the forgetting the nano sim card. But I have to say, I am NOT happy with Vodacom.
Dropped calls continuously, I can never get through to the customer care line and the guys on twitter have ignored all my tweets, and my emails have been blocked to Customer care online!
When I threatened to go another network, thats when they promised to "gift" me the extra 100mb on my contract. Clearly they HAVE ABOUT THIS AS THE DATA BUNDLE STANDS AT 300MB.
I have had enough of Vodacom's empty promises and bad attitude! I now have to deal with them for another TWO YEARS!
There are way too many issues!
