As an attempt to retain me as a customer, Vodacom's cancellations call centre promised me 500MB data per month for the next 24 months on my primary phone, as well as 100MB on my other two contracts, in order to apologize for a past mistake which happened on their part and retain me as a customer. I accepted the offer. The agreement was recorded on phone conversation. After 2 months now, and 4 calls to the call centre, I am still waiting for my promised data. Every time I call to find out what is going on, I get told that an inquiry to the matter has been noted on profile and it will be resolved in about 5 days from the time of the call. 4 Calls later!! still nothing, no data, no feedback, and most importantly NO PROMISED DATA!!
