I am a Vodacom client for the last 17 years. When I renewed my contract last year, the Vodashop agreed to give me the same deal as GAME. I was also informed that you cannot get Talk200 renewal deals without 100mb data bundle free, included. I signed the renewal forms with the agreement that I would get a Nokia C5, 100mb data bundle per month & R1 500 shopping voucher, free of charge. The forms was faxed to Vodacom for approval & they sent it back with the okey on it. My initial contract states that I don't pay for the clip service & that was mentioned on the renewal forms. Up to now I am charged for every Kb of data that I use on my cellphone. I queried this from my first account that I received after the renewal. I visited & called the Vodashop several times with absolutely no success. Vodacom just bulldozers on & and tells me that I can't get that shopping voucher & the 100mb free. It's like buying a new car & getting told afterwards, that for that price the engin is not included. I have even reported this to a guy who phoned me to buy monthly data bundles. He would have gotten the right person to come back to me. Nobody has ever come back to me. Vodacom, IS THIS FARE???
