Staff are unhelpful, do not want to help customers, will send you away 4 times to retrieve documents that they keep forgetting to tell u they need, or that the documents actually have to be signed or stamped, yet they will not provide this information until you have driven backwards and forwards numerous times. staff do not care and will leave you waiting for to get services. the attitude of the staff and they need to understand that customers do not want to drive back wards and forwards thousands of times jumping through loops just because they will not provide full details on what they need
