For the three times I have used jetline for various work they have always made mistakes and not delivered either the correct product and never in the time agreed. They never take responsibility for their mistakes always claiming it is the customers fault for not giving them the right information or signed of documents. This has been untrue on every occasion and even after showing them proof directly from our laptops of the correct documents sent they still take no responsibility. To make is worse, they have the worst attitude ever almost raising their voices arguing that they are not in the wrong. It has taken them two weeks to deliver something that was meant to be done in 2 days! This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received on way too many occasions and from different staff member worst of all the actual manager. I would advise anyone in the fourways area needing printing services to treck the extra kilometers to another branch. We will certainly not be doing any more business with Jetline fourways.
