FAIL FAIL FAIL on customer services

I have a connection card but it's virtually impossible to get a statement for my account let alone find out what my balance is. The staff in-store never know what's going on - I've been to three stores now where people have stared at me blankly - and if you phone customer service the menu just loops and loops so you are never able to speak to an actual human.

forbid you go to a store on the weekend - then the finance department is closed and you can't get any help at ALL. And staff in-store can't print statements themselves. It's the most elusive information EVER.

is the point in having a customer service number if no one can ever get through to it? And finally - the staff in-store should be more educated on these things, it's a joke how unhelpful everyone is! This is infuriating.
