NOKIA N8 MALFUNCTIONING

I have once again experienced a bad service from Vodacom and its instrument, as I'm writing this email, my instrument has frozen, you cannot switch it off, no button is functioning and when you dial it from the other cellphone, it is ringing but the the instrument itself is "silent" so i am not getting any calls nor calling out. My last outgoing call was around 10:00 until now no service but i bet on my father's grave that vodacom a usual will categorically confirm that i used so much data with a malfunctioning instrument.

Loyalty to Vodacom and Nokia brand has cost me financially and emotionally, i had a similar challenge with my Nokia 6710 navigator, I'm so annoyed and frustrated. It is time for me to reflect and think hard about committing myself to vodacom as it is clear that i am not smiling and not happy as a consumer. It is hardly a month when i collected my instrument and i was getting sms' notifying me that my instrument was send to the high advanced repair center, again this is a bitter pill to swallow and from this moment onwards, i don't see myself or my wife and family to be associated with Vodacom in the future.
