I only service my Honda at Honda PMB. Recently I noticed that my last two services were not stamped in the service book. Upon inquiring, I was told that I need to furnish proof of my dealings with Honda PMB as they have no records because their computer server crashed. Now the onus is on me to prove that they serviced my car. I have credit card records but can't find them.
In walks Dan the Indian man with the attitude. He said that as a young person, I should learn to file my documents and that was that, whether I liked it or not. His mission was to leave for home as it was now 5:05pm. This imbecile should be telling his company to file their documents and to back their servers up so that they can provide some semblance of service to their customers. Why should I pay over R3k for a service and still have to check that they stamped my service book. Is that not what I paid them to for.
If this guy keeps flapping his gums with Honda's customers as he did with me, Honda may soon end up losing customers. I for one will never go back to Honda PMB. Dan's brashness and condescending attitude is way more than I can handle. Dan get a brain and train it: The CUSTOMER PAYS YOUR SALARY!
