Poor service and unproffesional staff

After visiting Cell C three times to make sure we had the right documentation to take out a contract, Cell C "forgot" to tell us about some documents. This was also after waiting two and a half hours for them so sort out our contract details, and after three different people giving us different information. During these two and a half hours, a number of customers came in of which only two were helped and three left after poor service (making it clear that they were leaving for this reason). The unprofessional staff even giggled as soon as these customers left. While we were waiting, the staff member assisting us was walking around, joking with others, etc. and clearly NOT helping us. After waiting all this time, we were still not able to take out a contract and we left.

This kind of service is unacceptable and reflects just how much Cell-C values its customers - that is, not very much at all.
